Step 1

Wellness Exam

We offer wellness programs in the following categories:

  • Weight Loss

  • Smoking Cessation

  • Diabetes 

  • Hypertension

  • Addiction

  • Mental health

To enroll in a wellness program, please call us to schedule a wellness exam. The exam includes a consultation and blood draw to help us assess your current health.

Step 2

Assessment & Plan

Based on the results of your wellness exam, we will help you make a plan. The plan is personalized to you and made with your consent. The plan may include lifestyle changes, medications, and strategies to improve your physical and mental health.

Step 3

Monitor Progress

Based on your plan, we will provide resources to help you monitor your progress. These may include daily tracking journals, support groups, or regular telemedicine check ups. This is your time to identify the parts of your plan that work and to change the parts that do not work in consultation with your care team.

Step 4

Evaluate Success

When your personal health goal is achieved or a milestone is met, we will evaluate your success together. You may choose to continue your plan, or you may decide the plan is no longer necessary. In either case, we will continue to support you on your path to a healthier life.

Dr. Kim Dunn, MD, PhD

Dr. Dunn is a graduate from the University of Texas School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Texas. Dr. Dunn focuses on providing high quality preventative care and expanding patients' access to healthcare through telemedicine .

Dr. Dunn serves patients enrolled in the Weight Loss, Diabetes, and Hypertension management programs.
